How to get to University of Fribourg, Department of Economics

By air

Zurich Airport or Geneva Airport and then by train to Fribourg/Freiburg in Switzerland

By train

Central station is called “Fribourg/Freiburg” in Switzerland

Location
The Department of Economics is located at Boulevard de Pérolles 90. Only a few minutes’ walk from the central station.

By bus
The city bus stops are right next to the main exit of the central station – no need to cross the street.
City bus 1 direction Marly Gérine, every 7- 8 minutes.
City bus 3 direction Charmettes, every 15 minutes.
City bus 8 direction Marly Piscine, 15 minutes.
City bus 7 direction Villa-Beau-Site, every 30 minutes (departure from long-distance bus terminal by the back exit of the central station).

Get off at bus stop called “Charmettes”.

On foot
Get out at the main exit of the central train station. Keep right. Follow the “Boulevard de Pérolles” for approx. 15 minutes.

By car

Enter “Boulevard de Pérolles 90” into your navigation system. Arriving from the center of Fribourg, University is just next to the first roundabout at “Boulevard de Pérolles”. Pass the building “Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Architektur” next to the University and on the left of the main street. Take a left at the next roundabout and enter the car park.

IMPORTANT: Please use the 1st or 2nd floor. Avoid to park your car in sector “A”, only for employees.
