Call for Papers
The Institute of Economic Research (IRENE) of the University of Neuchâtel is proud to host the 2023 Annual Congress of the Swiss Society of Economics and Statistics (SSES/SGVS) on June 29 (Thursday) and June 30 (Friday), 2023.
The special theme of the meeting will be International Spillovers, with contributions in micro- and macroeconomics, as well as finance.
For the general part of the meeting, we welcome and encourage submissions across all fields of economics and statistics.
Keynote speeches will be delivered by Scott Taylor (University of Calgary) and Eric Monnet (EHESS & Paris School of Economics). In addition, we host a policy panel discussion with board members of various policy institutions from Switzerland and abroad.
Authors are invited to submit their preliminary or complete papers electronically (PDF files only) on the submission platform.
Submission deadline: January 31, 2023.
The submitting authors will be notified of the Programme Committee's decision by March 31, 2023. Registration opens on March 31 and early bird registration ends on April 30, 2023.
Authors who wish to be considered for the 2023 SSES Young Economist Award should indicate this when submitting their paper.
A selection of contributions related to the special topic will be published in a proceedings volume of the Swiss Journal of Economics and Statistics.
